Maya’s industry produces chili sauces, salad dressings, blended spices, cake mixes, dried fruits made with local ingredients. The company’s mission is to provide African consumers with natural and responsible edible products, easy to use and with a taste close to what we eat at home. Therefore, all the recipes are inspired by family recipes while respecting regional culinary traditions and agricultural value chains.
